Library Director – Open until filled
The Hustisford Community Library seeks a Library Director who is passionate about providing library services and community outreach. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic leader who enjoys strengthening public relationships, has a strategic mindset and great communication skills.
Hustisford Library is a joint library with the Town of Hustisford and the Village of Hustisford, with a combined population of around 2,500 people. We are in the Monarch Library System and are surrounded by Beaver Dam, Watertown and Hartford along Highway 60 on the Rock River, with beautiful views of the Sinissippi Lake.
Qualifications:
Must have a Grade 3 Wisconsin Public Librarian Certificate.
A bachelor’s degree from a liberal arts program in library/media sciences is preferred.
Three years of progressively responsible public library experience, or five years of experience in a service institution with comparable demands and responsibilities.
Hold a valid driver’s license to conduct library business as necessary.

Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
